Payment & Orders
The practical stuff about paying, changing orders, and what happens if plans shift suddenly.
Delivery & Timing
Most concerns come down to when flowers arrive and whether they'll be fresh.
Same-day delivery works if you order before 2 PM on weekdays. We cover most of Baku proper, but some outer districts need a day's notice. Weekend orders placed Friday evening usually go out Monday morning unless it's something urgent.
We handle central Baku neighborhoods without extra fees. Places like Yasamal, Nasimi, Sabail—those are straightforward. If you're sending flowers to Binagadi or further districts, there's usually a small delivery charge that shows up when you enter the address.
Our drivers call first. If there's no answer, they'll leave flowers with a neighbor or building security if that's an option. Otherwise, we bring them back and try again later that day. It's frustrating for everyone when deliveries get complicated, so we do what makes sense.
Ordering & Customization
People want arrangements that feel personal without being complicated.
Absolutely. When you're placing an order, there's a notes section where you can mention preferences. Keep in mind seasonal availability matters—tulips in summer or peonies in winter won't happen. We'll always contact you if what you want isn't available rather than substituting without asking.
Sure, as long as we haven't started arranging. Once flowers are being prepared, changes get tricky. Call us directly instead of emailing—it's faster, and we can tell you right away what's possible.
Yes, every arrangement comes with a card. Write whatever you want in the message field when ordering. We've seen everything from novels to just initials—it's your call.
Payment & Pricing
The money part should be clear before you commit.
Credit cards through our site, bank transfers if you prefer that route, and cash on delivery in some areas. International cards work fine—we process payments in AZN but your bank handles conversion.
If flowers arrive damaged or not as described, we'll replace them or refund you. Send us photos within a few hours of delivery so we can see what happened. Honestly, problems are rare, but when they happen, we sort them out quickly.
No surprises. The price you see at checkout is what you pay. Delivery fees for distant areas show up before you confirm the order, not after. We don't believe in adding charges later—it's just bad business.
