Professional Floristry Training Program
We've built something a bit different from your typical flower arranging course. This is hands-on training that prepares you for the real work—designing arrangements that clients actually want, handling seasonal inventory, and managing orders during peak demand.
Inquire About Next CohortWhat You'll Actually Learn
We focus on practical skills that matter in a working flower shop. Less theory, more doing.
Flower Care Fundamentals
Understanding flower lifecycles, proper conditioning techniques, and storage methods that extend freshness. You'll work with seasonal varieties and learn what thrives in our climate.
Design Principles
Color theory, composition balance, and creating arrangements for different occasions. We cover everything from simple bouquets to wedding centerpieces and corporate displays.
Order Management
Taking customer requests, managing delivery schedules, and handling last-minute changes. You'll practice with our actual order system and learn to prioritize during busy periods.
Logistics & Delivery
Packaging arrangements for transport, route planning for multiple deliveries, and handling temperature-sensitive cargo. We share what we've learned from thousands of deliveries across Baku.
Customer Communication
Managing expectations, offering alternatives when inventory is limited, and resolving issues professionally. Real scenarios based on situations we've encountered over the years.
Business Operations
Inventory tracking, supplier relationships, pricing strategies, and seasonal planning. We walk through the financial side of running a flower delivery service.
Learning From Working Professionals
Our instructors aren't just teachers—they're active florists who handle orders every day. That means you're learning current techniques, not outdated methods from textbooks.
The program runs eight weeks with sessions three times per week. Morning slots start at 9 AM, evening sessions begin at 6 PM. We keep groups small (maximum 8 participants) so everyone gets individual attention.
You'll spend roughly 60% of your time working directly with flowers and 40% learning the business and operational aspects. By week five, you'll be creating arrangements for actual customer orders under supervision.
Voices From Previous Cohorts
"I came in knowing nothing about flowers beyond buying them occasionally. The hands-on approach made everything click. By week six I was confident handling wedding orders, which seemed impossible at the start."
"The business operations module was incredibly valuable. Understanding supplier relationships and pricing helped me start my own small operation. I still refer back to my notes from that section regularly."
"Learning to manage multiple orders simultaneously was challenging but essential. That skill directly translated to my current role coordinating large events. The program gave me practical experience I couldn't get anywhere else."
